Zechsal Magnesium foot bath salt refill (750 g) provides:
– Natural relaxation
– Supple muscles and joints
– A good night’s sleep
– Effective for skin problems
– Absorption through the skin
47% magnesium chloride, water of crystallisation.
For a foot bath, use 125 grams (3 handfuls) of magnesium crystals in 4 litres of water. The recommended water temperature is 37 degrees C. Sprinkle the crystals into a small basin. They will dissolve quickly. If you enjoy fragrances, add a few drops of essential oil. After about 20 minutes, your feet will feel soft and smooth. Your skin will feel pleasantly supple and you can enjoy the dual benefits: the absorption of magnesium will help you relax and ensure you sleep soundly.
This bag is ideal for your Zechsal Magnesium foot bath salts in a jar (750 g) to top up again.
