Flaxseed, tapioca, konjac and water.

Bring some water to the boil. Add a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil. Add the tagliatelle. Cook the tagliatelle for 3 minutes until tender on a medium heat.
Drain the pasta and rinse briefly under cold running water. Serve the tagliatelle immediately with the desired garnishes and sauce.
