Postage & Delivery
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 working days (this applies to deliveries within the Benelux). Orders are only processed and dispatched once we have received payment. We hand over processed orders to couriers on working days by 6.00 pm, so that they are dispatched the same day.
If there is a longer delivery time, this will be indicated on the product page or we will let you know by email.
Delivery is handled by PostNL, DHL or DPD. In the email confirming that your order has been processed, we will specify which carrier has been selected.
All orders are sent insured, so there’s no risk to you!
All product prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges may vary depending on the product and country; see below:
The Netherlands
- From €75 FREE Delivery throughout the Netherlands.
- If the order total is less than €75 and the order consists of small spare parts for a water filter, we will send it by standard post. We will then charge €3.50 (incl. VAT) towards the delivery cost.
- If the order total is less than €75 and we dispatch it as a parcel, we charge €5.95 (incl. VAT) towards the delivery cost.
- You can also choose to have your order delivered to a carrier’s collection point (collection point delivery: €5.95, and free of charge for orders over €75, of course). You can then collect your order from there at a time that suits you.
- Once we have processed your order, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace link by email so that you can track your parcel.
- The delivery times shown in the carriers’ Track & Trace system are for guidance only and are, unfortunately, beyond our control.
For the following countries: Belgium and Germany
- From €100 FREE delivery to all these countries.
- If the order total is less than €100, we charge €8.50 (incl. VAT) towards the delivery cost.
- If available in your country, you can also opt for delivery to a carrier’s collection point (collection point delivery: €8.50, and free of charge for orders over €100, of course). You can then collect your order from there at a time that suits you.
- Once we have processed your order, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace link by email so that you can track your parcel.

For the following countries: Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Austria and Spain
- From €250 FREE delivery to all these countries.
- If the order total is less than €250, we charge €12.50 (incl. VAT) towards the delivery cost.
- Where available in the country, you can also opt for delivery to a carrier’s collection point (service point delivery: €12.50, and free of charge for orders over €250, of course). You can then collect your order from there at a time that suits you.
- Once we have processed your order, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace link by email so that you can track your parcel.

For the following countries: Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Sweden
- From €400 FREE delivery to all these countries.
- If the order total is less than €400, we charge €17.50 (including VAT) towards the delivery cost.
- Where available in the country, you can also opt for delivery to a carrier’s collection point (service point delivery: €17.50, and free of charge for orders over €400, of course). You can then collect your order from there at a time that suits you.
- Once we have processed your order, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace link by email so that you can track your parcel.

For the following countries: Estonia, Ireland, Lithuania and Slovenia
- From €550 FREE delivery to all these countries.
- If the order total is less than €550, we charge €22.50 (incl. VAT) towards the delivery cost.
- If available in your country, you can also opt for delivery to a carrier’s collection point (collection point delivery: €22.50, and free of charge for orders over €550, of course). You can then collect your order from there at a time that suits you.

- From €700 FREE delivery to all these countries.
- If the order total is less than €700, we charge €27.50 (including VAT) towards the delivery cost.
- If available in your country, you can also opt for delivery to a carrier’s collection point (service point delivery: €27.50, and free of charge for orders over €700, of course). You can then collect your order from there at a time that suits you.

For all other European countries (outside the EU)
- Incoterm: DAP (Delivered at Place)
- We charge €30 to cover the delivery costs.
