It is very important to us that you are satisfied with the items you purchased. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.ExchangeOf course, exchanges are no problem either. The procedure for exchanging an item is the same as for returns. You can then simply order the items you want through the online store in the same way you placed your previous order.Here is a summary of important information regarding your return:
- The return period for your item(s) is 30 days from the date of receipt. Within this return period, you may exercise your right to cancel by filling out the form below. After canceling, you have an additional 14 days to return the products to us.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all accessories included and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the product’s value. So please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
- During the trial period, you may remove the item from its packaging, examine it, and test it just as you would in a store. Please make sure that no damage occurs while you are examining and testing the item, so that it remains in its original condition.
- If the item is damaged during the inspection period, you are personally liable for any loss in value. We will deduct any loss in value from the refund amount. If a loss in value is determined, we will contact you immediately upon discovery.
- The item is, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. If you make a partial return and this brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs for the remaining products. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Processing Once we receive your return shipment, it will be processed immediately. Any replacement items will be shipped as soon as possible. If you are due a refund, we will process it as quickly as possible (within 14 days at the latest). The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank. We will credit the amount to the payment method you selected when placing your order.
