How many glasses of tea do you drink in a day?
We recommend drinking at least 1 to 2 cups a day. You can always have more!
How do you make a cup of tea using loose-leaf tea?
It's simple: just make sure you have a good stainless steel filter or disposable filters. Then scoop two teaspoons of your favorite tea into the filter and pour hot water over it. Of course, you can also use a measuring spoon.
Can I drink Moon Flow tea while I'm pregnant?
Because it contains lady's mantle and raspberry leaves, it is recommended that you avoid drinking this tea during pregnancy. You can start drinking it again starting in week 38. Are you pregnant? If so, check out the Mom Flow herbal teas for during and after pregnancy. Those are safe to drink.
What does Moon Flow tea taste like?
Moon Flow tea
This tea is available in three varieties: Original, Tropical Summer, and the Winter Edition. All the flavors are mild and subtle—so no unpleasant herbs! The Tropical Summer variety has some extra dried fruit added, which makes it slightly sweeter. The Winter Edition includes herbs such as cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger!
Baby Flow
The Baby Flow has a slightly fresher flavor than the Moon Flow tea. This is mainly due to the small amount of peppermint. And don’t worry—even if you’re not a fan of peppermint, you’ll still love this flavor because it’s quite subtle.
I keep having to pee—why is that?
The herbs in the tea also have a diuretic effect. This may mean you’ll need to go to the bathroom a little more often at first. It’s nothing to worry about!
Does Moon Flow tea come in tea bags?
No, you buy the tea as loose herbal tea in 75-gram bags. So it’s a good idea to get a tea strainer so you can brew the tea. We always recommend a larger strainer instead of a tea strainer or tea infuser because tea leaves and herbs often expand a bit in the water and need space to release their flavor properly.
