When should you drink which tea?
It can sometimes be a bit confusing – after all, when is the best time to drink which tea? That’s why we’ve put everything in a clear overview, so you can be sure you’re making the right choice!
Moon Flow tea, for discomfort and pain
The Moon Flow tea has been specially developed to support your hormonal balance in a natural way. This can help reduce or even eliminate unpleasant symptoms such as abdominal cramps, migraines, headaches, back pain, nausea and painful ovulation. Do you suffer from heavy or painful periods? These too often become less intense over time thanks to this tea. This unique herbal blend is available in three different flavours, all of which share the same core ingredients. They are therefore equally effective. Choose your favourite flavour!
This tea is also highly recommended for women with PCOS or endometriosis!
Would you like even more support? Then why not combine Moon Flow tea with the Baby Flow tea. Together, they make up the ultimate cycle pack! This combination not only helps to regulate your ovulation, but also reduces symptoms such as tiredness, mood swings and other discomforts. What’s more, they continue to tackle the painful symptoms, so that you can feel more like yourself again.
Baby Flow tea, for an irregular or absent period, or when trying for a baby
The Baby Flow tea has been specially formulated to provide your body with optimal support as you prepare for pregnancy. Just like Moon Flow tea, this herbal blend helps to balance your hormones, but there’s more! This unique blend also contains herbs that have been known for centuries for their positive effect on female fertility.
What can you expect from Baby Flow tea? With regular use, many women experience a more stable and regular cycle. The tea also supports healthy ovulation and improved growth of the uterine lining, which significantly increases the chances of successful implantation. In short, this tea offers your body that little bit of extra support it needs to bring you closer to your dream of having a baby.
Would you like a comprehensive approach? Combine Baby Flow tea with the Moon Flow tea. Together, they work in perfect harmony to optimise your cycle, reduce unpleasant symptoms and prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy.
Treat yourself to the peace and support you deserve – and enjoy a cosy moment with Baby Flow tea!

Please note:
Do you only drink Moon Flow tea –> Have a cup of this, starting from the second half of your cycle at the very least. Do you suffer from very severe symptoms, or do you have PCOS or endometriosis? If so, have one or two cups of tea every day.

Tips for brewing;
When making herbal tea, it is important that the herbs have enough space to unfurl. For this reason, using a small tea infuser, for example, is not recommended. It is best to use a stainless steel strainer (bisphenol-A-free) or, alternatively, loose tea bags.
