Tr-eat Pizza mix - You can enjoy a healthy pizza, full of good fibre for good intestinal flora and bowel transit. The selected flours come from tapioca, flaxseed and coconut. Flavoured with oregano and basil, this pizza is very easy to prepare, no chef skills needed.

Ingredients:
Flaxseed meal, coconut flour, tapioca flour, psyllium husk, arrowroot flour, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates, salt), basil, oregano. Product may contain traces of nuts, seeds, peanuts and sesame seeds.

- 2 eggs
- 80 ml of oil
- 80 ml of water
- 1 Pizza mix
Mix all ingredients together with the Tr-eat Pizza mix in a bowl until smooth. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin between 2 sheets of brown baking paper into a nice thin pizza crust. Stuff to your heart's content. Place the pizza with the baking paper on a baking tray. Bake the pizza for 15 min.
