About the author of BROODLOOS breakfast & lunch

Juglen Zwaan (born 1982) is a speaker and writer on nutrition and health. He is a passionate nutritionist with an irrepressible hunger for new insights. He wrote the books The Supplement Guide, The Nutrition Guide, The Recipe Guide and The Nutrition Guide. Juglen has been part of the radio programme Health News for over 12 years and was a regular guest on the TV programme 'What we eat' on national television. He studied Nutrition & Health at the Open University and Nutrition Science at Stanford. He researches critically and combines modern science with ancient knowledge. He does not adhere to any nutrition belief, but combines many views.
