Berkey water filters are therefore regarded as the best and most sustainable water filtration systems on the market and are the best-performing portable water filters. The Black Berkey filter cartridges have been tested by an independent laboratory in accordance with NSF/ANSI standards 42 and 53. See the laboratory report for further details.
