Dosage:

Start by washing your hands. Then apply a small amount (about 1/4 teaspoon). Use it daily for the first week and then switch to 3-5 times a week, or as needed, to maintain comfort and smoothness. You don't need an applicator - just use your fingertips for easy and targeted application.
