INGREDIENTS AND EXPLANATIONS

INCI: Aqua, Caprylyl Capryl Glucoside, Pentylene Glycol, Macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil, Cetearyl Olivate, Sorbitan Olivate, Canola Oil, Vaccinium Myrtillus Seed Oil, Acacia Senegal Gum, Xanthan Gum.

WATER - After all, 60% we are made up of water.
Function: Hydration and solvent for other ingredients.
CAPRYLYL CAPRYLIC GLUCOSIDE - Non-ionic detergent of plant origin. It has an exceptionally mild effect and is a sugar derivative. Contains no sulphates.
Function: Gentle cleansing without drying out the skin.
PENTYLENE GLYCOL - A natural humectant, or moisturiser. Obtained from sugarcane. Provides velvety smooth skin.
Function: Hydration and skin softening.
MACADAMIA INTEGRIFOLIA SEED OIL - Macadamia nut oil, contains a large amount of monounsaturated fatty acids, including palmitic acid. Provides hydration, restores skin softness and accelerates regeneration. It has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, accelerates wound healing and stimulates collagen production.
Function: Hydration, regeneration and protection against inflammation.
CETEARYL OLIVATE - Non-ionic emulsifier, a substance that forms an emulsion. A derivative of olive oil. Has a strong moisturising and skin conditioning effect. Acts as an 'occlusive bandage' that protects the skin from moisture loss. Softens and smoothes the skin. Prevents excessive degreasing of the skin.
Function: Hydration, skin protection and softening.
SORBITAN OLIVATE - Non-ionic emulsifier, naturally derived from olive oil. The structure of this ingredient is similar to that of the skin's stratum corneum. Besides forming an emulsion, it has a strong moisturising and softening effect. It creates liquid crystals with a structure similar to the natural intercellular cement in the skin, improving elasticity and hydration.
Function: Hydration, skin softening and protection of the skin barrier.
CANOLA OIL - Bioactive rapeseed oil sourced from non-GMO crops in Sweden. Naturally rich in antioxidants such as tocopherols and phytosterols, which protect and strengthen the skin barrier. Clinically proven to restore the skin barrier, especially after exposure to cleansers.
Function: Hydration, protection and calming of the skin.
VACCINIUM MYRTILLUS SEED OIL - Upcycled blueberry oil, a powerful antioxidant, rich in Omega-3,6,9 fatty acids. Contains beta-carotene (provitamin A), a natural source of retinol. Supports the skin barrier and ensures hydrated and nourished skin.
Function: Antioxidant action, skin care and barrier protection.
ACACIA SENEGAL GUM - Gum Arabic, an all-natural and innovative thickener made by combining two types of gum. Provides a strong moisturising effect on the skin. Creates a smooth and non-sticky emulsion.
Function: Hydration and texture enhancement.
XANTHAN GUM - A thickener of natural origin. Together with acacia gum, forms an ingredient that regulates the viscosity of the emulsion. Creates a protective layer on the skin and prevents transepidermal moisture loss.
Function: Hydration, thickening and protection against dehydration.
 

HOW TO USE THE SIMPLY MORE FACIAL CLEANSING EMULSION?

Morning
Apply a small amount of emulsion to a wet face and massage gently. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Evening
Step 1: Apply the emulsion to dry skin, massage in and rinse off with water to remove make-up.
Step 2: Reapply to wet face, massage gently and rinse off.

Don't use make-up? Skip step 1 and go straight to step 2.

SIMPLY MORE Facial Cleansing Emulsion has a pH close to that of the skin - no toning is necessary.
