Tr-eat Vital Bread mix - Start every day with a pure and delicious bread, full of good fibre for good gut flora and intestinal transit. Selected prebiotic fibre comes from the tuber tapioca, baobab fruit, flaxseed and coconut. Tr-eat Vital Bread is enriched with baobab fibre. This baobab powder is pure fruit powder from the Baobab fruit and is rich in fibre and vitamin C. This bread is easy and quick to prepare and can be baked in the oven.

Ingredients:
Yellow flaxseed flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baobab, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates), bamboo fibre. Product may contain traces of nuts, seeds, peanuts and sesame seeds.

Preparation

- 1 Vital bread mix
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml sparkling water
- 1 tbsp oil

Mix the eggs, water and melted oil together with the flour mix until smooth in a bowl. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Then form a ball with wet hands and place on baking paper. If necessary, slice the bread for a nice rise. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C for 70 minutes.
