47% magnesium chloride, crystal water.
For a foot bath, use 125 grams (3 times a handful) of magnesium crystals to 4 litres of water. The recommended water temperature is 37 degrees C. Sprinkle the crystals in a tub. These will dissolve quickly. Fragrance lovers add a few drops of essential oil. After about 20 minutes, your feet will feel soft and smooth. Your skin is pleasantly supple and you can enjoy the double effect: the magnesium absorption will make you feel relaxed and you will sleep soundly.
