Shipping & Delivery
We do our very best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days (this applies to deliveries within the Benelux). Orders are not processed and shipped until we have received payment. On business days, we hand over processed orders to carriers by 6:00 p.m., so they are on their way the same day.
If there is a longer delivery time, this will be indicated on the product page or we will let you know via email.
Delivery is handled by PostNL, DHL, or DPD. In the email confirming that your order has been processed, we’ll let you know which carrier we’ve chosen.
All orders are shipped insured, so there’s no risk to you!

The Netherlands
- FREE shipping throughout the Netherlands on orders of €75 or more.
- If the order total is less than €75 and the order consists of small replacement parts for a water filter, we’ll ship it via standard mail. In that case, we charge €3.50 (including VAT) toward the shipping cost.
- If the order total is less than €75 and we ship it as a package, we charge €5.95 (including VAT) toward the shipping cost.
- You can also choose to have your order delivered to a carrier's pickup location (pickup point delivery: €5.95; free for orders over €75, of course). You can then pick up your order there at a time that's convenient for you.
- Once we've processed your order, you'll immediately receive a Track & Trace link via email so you can track your shipment.

For the following countries: Belgium and Germany
- FREEshipping in all these countries on orders of €100 or more.
- If the order total is less than €100, we charge €8.50 (including VAT) to cover the delivery cost.
- If available in your country, you can also choose to have your order delivered to a carrier's pickup location (service point delivery: €8.50; free for orders over €100, of course). You can then pick up your order there at a time that's convenient for you.
- Once we've processed your order, you'll immediately receive a Track & Trace link via email so you can track your shipment.

For the following countries: Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Austria, and Spain
- FREEshipping in all these countries on orders of €250 or more.
- If the order total is less than €250, we charge €12.50 (including VAT) to cover shipping costs.
- If available in your country, you can also choose to have your order delivered to a carrier’s pickup location (service point delivery: €12.50; free for orders over €250, of course). You can then pick up your order there at a time that’s convenient for you.

- If the order total is less than €400, we charge €17.50 (including VAT) to cover the delivery cost.
- If available in your country, you can also choose to have your order delivered to a carrier’s pickup location (service point delivery: €17.50; free for orders over €400, of course). You can then pick up your order there at a time that’s convenient for you.

- Incoterm: DAP (Delivered at Place)
