Method of preparation<\/h3>\n

Pancakes<\/u><\/b>

\n\u2013 1000 ml (sparkling) water
\n\u2013 30 g oil<\/p>\n

In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth. Heat a frying pan with a little oil over a medium heat. Spoon a little batter into the pan and swirl the pan gently so that the batter is spread evenly across the pan, creating a thin pancake. Cook the pancake until the top is dry and small bubbles appear. Then flip it over and cook the other side until it is golden brown.<\/p>\n

Of course, you can also use half the quantities if you want to make fewer pancakes.<\/p>\n
