Tr-eat Pancake & Waffle mix - A pancake or waffle, 100 % gluten-free and sugar-free, full of good fibre for good gut health and digestion. This prebiotic fibre comes from tubers (konjac and tapioca), the baobab fruit, flaxseed and coconut. The pancake or waffle is 100% sugar-free and sweetened with pure baobab powder. This baobab powder is pure fruit powder from the Baobab tree and is rich in fibre and vitamin C. The pancakes and waffles are delicious and easy to prepare.

Preparation<\/h3>\n

Pancakes<\/u><\/b>
\n- 8 eggs
\n- 1000 ml (sparkling) water
\n- 30 g oil<\/p>\n

In a bowl, whisk all ingredients until smooth. Heat a frying pan with some oil on medium heat. Spoon in a little batter and move your pan back and forth a little so that the batter is distributed all over the pan and you get a fine pancake . Fry the pancake until the top is dry and shows small bubbles. Then turn over and fry the bottom side until golden brown as well.<\/p>\n

Of course, you can also use half of everything, should you want to make fewer pancakes.<\/p>\n

Waffles<\/u><\/b>
\n- 6 eggs
\n- 80 ml (sparkling) water
\n- 40 g coconut oil
\n- 40 g sweetener of your choice<\/p>\n

In a bowl, whisk all ingredients until smooth. Bake the waffles in a waffle iron.<\/p>\n
