When you menstruate, start on day 12 of your cycle (day 1 is the first day of your period) and continue until day 26. Repeat this every month.

Use \u00bc teaspoon once daily and preferably spread it just before bedtime. In fact, different doses apply to each woman, so you will have to discover your own.
